Go harder or go crazy!

Approaching Life with half full glass rather than half empty glass is a deliberate choice. Research has showed that having a good day starts from the first pop up notification you give your attention to.

First thing 91.12% most people do is listen to Kairos drama, gossip, giving away their precious morning attention to things not giving them peace.

If you ask me, you can choose to be among the 91% average or choose to be different by becoming the 1% that stand out. Most of human problems and worries are solved if only they feed their attention and mind to good things the morning bring.

The truth is, to do extraordinary things, you have to do what you have never done before. Normal people get normal result, extra ordinary people get extra ordinary result. The different is the extra they added each passing day.

When I told my mum, I wake up 4am to prepare to jog around the estate before going to work. She concluded something is wrong with me, because tell me why would a right thinking man wake up 4am to go jog. They can’t just picture it.

Until when people call you crazy, you aren’t dreaming big enough.

Until you are asked “are you even in your right senses” your dream isn’t scary enough.

Until they tell you “You know this thing, you want to do is impossible” you need to dream bigger

Until, they tell you “You are just lucky” then you haven’t really started anything significant

Until, they looked you right in the eye and tell you “We shall see” You still have a long way to go.

Until when they tell you “nobody has ever done this before” you aren’t trying enough

Until you failed and failed multiple times you are not consistent enough.

Until thy tell you, “You are too small to have big things” You aren’t aiming high enough

Consistency Beats Motivation

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline stays.

The people who achieve the most are those who build habits that keep them moving forward regardless of how they feel. Every disciplined action strengthens your confidence and makes the next one easier.

That is why every day I wake up, is another brand new opportunity to run everything and give it all it takes from sunrise to sun dawn, knowing that I gave it all.

That is why I start the day by being grateful to God for life.

Knowing yourself, loving yourself and been yourself is a great joy to behold.

Today's Challenge:

Identify one habit that supports your biggest goal and practice it today—no excuses.

Your future is shaped by what you do consistently, not occasionally.
